Financial Education and Guidance

Plain-language teaching first: confidential sessions by phone or Zoom, and the Free Financial Health Review to start.

Why Bruno teaches before he recommends

The practice states its approach plainly: “We don't believe in selling you anything, nor you buying anything. We prefer to educate and guide you first on your concerns. That way we answer valid questions and build trust, and rapport with our clients.”

The reasoning that follows it is just as direct: it is key to remove emotion from financial decisions, so that you see clearly and aren't forced. A decision made after you understand the options is a different decision from one made under pressure.

Bruno E. Pouliot, CRPC™, CKA®, believes in a team approach, and believes educating others in the planning process is the best way. From Chattanooga he teaches clients across the continental USA, and he is tri-lingual in French, English and intermediate Spanish.

What a planning session covers

The Client Experience in the Planning Process module sets the shape of the work: a clear, step-by-step process built on education, transparency and your goals, never product sales. Expect regular check-ins and plain-language guidance from the first conversation to the last.

The practice describes what you share in a planning session as confidential, protected and privileged between planner and client. After the process, recommendations are reviewed and any needed changes are discussed with your retirement planner.

Sessions run by phone or Zoom, by appointment, Monday through Sunday. Not every module comes up every time. What gets covered depends on your situation, whether that is retirement income, insurance, an estate, or a second opinion on a plan you already have.

The Free Financial Health Review and the 3 Minute Money Plan

The simplest way to begin is the 3 Minute Money Plan: a few straightforward questions that return personalized suggestions for improving your financial health. It is the doorway to the Free Financial Health Review, and it commits you to nothing.

If you would rather talk, call Bruno directly at (423) 326-5299, or send a message and expect an answer within one business day. Retirees, pre-retirees, and Federal and State Government Employees can also ask for a second opinion on their current financial plans.

Bruno E. Pouliot holds the CRPC™ (College of Financial Planning, Denver, 2005) and CKA® (2005) designations and plans with attorneys, CPAs, CFPs and real estate advisors. We Don't Offer Legal Advice, Nor Tax Advice! Call (423) 326-5299.

Where the teaching leads

Education usually points somewhere specific. Most people continue into retirement planning, insurance planning or estate planning. You can see how the process works in the financial coaching profile, or take the 3 Minute Money Plan now.
